Product Structure

Rim Body:

The core structure is crafted from layered carbon fiber composites, shaped into a cylindrical profile with a 30mm height and 28mm external width. This frame features a hollow interior to reduce weight while maintaining rigidity, and its outer edges (beads) are reinforced to securely lock tubeless tires in place—preventing slippage even under low air pressure or rough riding conditions.

Spoke Hole Reinforcements:

Distributed evenly around the inner circumference of the rim are pre-drilled spoke holes (available in customizable counts like 24h or 28h). Each hole is reinforced with carbon fiber inserts or metal eyelets, which distribute spoke tension evenly across the rim body. This design prevents stress concentration, ensuring the rim can withstand the pulling forces from spokes during acceleration, braking, and cornering.

Tubeless Sealant Grooves:

Along the inner surface of the rim, specialized grooves and channels are integrated to accommodate tubeless sealant.
