The D88X26TL rim model is with 88mm depth, 26mm outer width and tubeless structure designs, which offer significant aerodynamic advantages, especially at higher speeds races, and can imporve the overall speed and efficiency. With Toray T700 and T800 high modulus and preminum carbon fiber materials,  can minimizes the weight, increases stiffness and strength, which can lead to quicker acceleration and easier climbing. The tubeless structure design provided lower rolling resistance, bettter traction, and fewer flats, which are compatible to clincher or tubeless tires.

Aerodynamics:

88mm depth rims are highly aerodynamic, reducing drag and allowing for faster speeds, especially on flat or rolloing terrain.

Light Weight:

High modulus and preminum Toray T700 and T800 carbon fiber materials have been applied on the rim production, make the wheels a light weight, high stiffness and strength advantages, which resulting in improved acceleration and climbing performance.

High Stiffness:

High Temperature Resistance Braking Performance:

KOIBIKE own developed patented high TG 220 ℃ black Obsidian brake track, hightest braking temperature resistance can reach 200℃.

Special Lamination Design:

KOIBIKE in house R&D team design a special layup design on the rims, reduce the weight, increase the stiffness and impact resistance, which make the wheels more versatile for different kinds of riding or cycling environment.

Product Structure

Tire Structure:

Tubeless strcuture design, follow ETRTO standards to design the dimensions, compatible to tubeless and clincher tires, tire sizes are suitable from 23C to 42C.

Sidewalls:

50°，90°，70° multi-directional cross-lamination carbon fibers have been applied on the sidewall to increase the strength and stiffness, support inflation and anti-deformation strength.

Nipple Holes:

Reinforcement carbon fiber strips haven been applied on the spoke holes area, make it stronger for spoke tension resistance, which can resist at least 300 kgf spoke hole pull out strength, and use less fiber between the spoke hole areas to reduce the weight, optimize the whole layup at the same time.
